These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of BookYachtCharter.com (“our Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Use of our Site includes accessing, browsing, or submitting an enquiry through any form or interactive feature.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and responsibilities when using our Site. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
Please also review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and store personal data, including enquiry information shared with Brokers.

1. Who We Are
BookYachtCharter.com is an online platform that provides information about yacht charter destinations, yacht types, pricing ranges, and general guidance to help users research charter options.
We are not a yacht broker, charter agent, or travel agent, and we do not directly offer yachts for hire, manage bookings, or advise on contractual terms.
Our role is limited to introducing users to independent charter brokers or service providers (“Brokers”) who may assist with yacht selection, pricing, availability, and booking.
We do not participate in negotiations, contract discussions, or payments between you and a Broker, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into.
All bookings, payments, and contracts are handled directly between you and the Broker.
We do not:
- act as your agent or representative,
- endorse or verify any Broker or yacht,
- guarantee availability, quality, safety, legality, or performance of any yacht or service.
2. Commission Disclosure
We do not charge users any fee to use the Site or submit an enquiry.
We may receive referral fees, commissions, or other consideration from a Broker or service provider if you proceed with a booking that arises from an introduction we facilitated. These payments are not added to the cost you pay and do not affect your contract with the Broker.
You agree that:
- we may share your enquiry details with a Broker in order to facilitate an introduction, and
- your dealings after that point are strictly between you and the Broker.
