About Aeolus

Aeolus is a 23.3m/76’5″ sailing catamaran built by Lagoon in 2024, with interior design from Lagoon’s own in-house studio. She sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 cabins, a master suite, two VIP cabins, and a twin, and carries a crew of up to 4.

Her open-deck layout keeps outdoor living front and center, with wide side decks, a forward lounging net, and a shaded flybridge helm station. She suits couples or small groups after a genuinely sporty sailing feel without giving up overnight comfort, and spends the charter season in the Caribbean.

Guest Accommodation

Aeolus accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 cabins: a master suite, two VIP cabins, and a twin cabin. Between them the cabins offer 5 berths in total, including a king, two queens, and two singles, each with a private en-suite bathroom.

A crew of up to 4 runs the boat, which keeps service personal without crowding the deck space. The cabin count is modest for her length, a trade charter guests make in exchange for Aeolus’s extra deck room and sailing performance.

Onboard Amenities

The flybridge doubles as an entertaining area with its own helm, shade, and lounge seating, while the main deck salon opens straight onto the cockpit for easy flow between inside and out. Wi-Fi and air conditioning keep the cabins and salon comfortable through the Caribbean season.

Cruising Performance

Built with a GRP hull and superstructure, Aeolus has a beam of 11m and draws 1.91m, shallow enough for exploring skinny-water anchorages that larger yachts can’t reach. Under sail she cruises comfortably at 8 knots and can push to a maximum of 12 knots.

She is based year-round in the Caribbean, where the trade winds and short island hops suit a performance catamaran like Aeolus particularly well.

Toys & Water Equipment

A paddleboard is stowed on the forward net for easy access, letting guests get in the water as soon as Aeolus drops anchor without waiting on a tender launch.
