About Rania
The 42.01m/137’10” motor yacht Rania was built by Italian shipyard Benetti, the seventh hull in the yard’s Fast 140′ series, and delivered in 2019. Her exterior is the work of Stefano Righini, with interior styling by British design house RWD (Redman Whiteley Dixon).
This Rania is sometimes confused with an unrelated, smaller motor yacht of the same name, a 26.21m Gulf Craft Majesty 86 built in 2001. The two share no builder, ownership, or charter history, so guests researching this listing should treat any reference to the Majesty 86 as a separate vessel entirely.
Rania charters primarily in the French Riviera and the wider Western Mediterranean, a cruising ground that suits her fast-displacement hull and relatively shallow draft for in-season access to Monaco, the Côte d’Azur and the Ligurian coast.
Guest Accommodation
Rania sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 cabins: a full-beam master suite on the main deck, three VIP cabins and two twin cabins. A crew of up to 7 runs the yacht and looks after guests throughout the charter.
Onboard Amenities
Rania’s beach club sits at the waterline on the lower deck, with a bar and open lounge laid out for guests who want to spend time at sea level rather than up on deck. The sun deck carries sunpads and its own outdoor bar, while the foredeck has a shaded seating and dining area forward of the wheelhouse.

Cruising Performance
Her all-composite construction, hull and superstructure both in GRP rather than the steel more common on yachts of this size, keeps displacement down and favors a livelier performance profile. Twin MTU diesels get her to an 18-knot cruise, and her 35,000-litre fuel capacity supports roughly 1,800nm of range at a more economical 12 knots.
That endurance covers a full Western Mediterranean season without needing to return to a home port mid-charter, from the French Riviera down through the Ligurian coast and into Italian waters.
Toys & Water Equipment
Rania carries a Williams jet tender alongside a jet ski, SeaBobs, stand-up paddleboards, a wakeboard and water skis, plus a set of inflatable towables for guests who want a mix of powered and self-directed water activities.
