About Valhalla
Valhalla is a 151 ft (46.02 m) motor yacht built by Northern Marine and launched in 2008, refitted in 2022. She accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 cabins with a crew of 9, and is based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, chartering primarily in the Bahamas and wider Caribbean.
Interior design throughout Valhalla comes from American designer Jonathan Quinn Barnett. She suits groups who want a large charter yacht with genuine cruising range rather than a yacht built purely for short island-hopping, and her onboard elevator and deck jacuzzi make her a practical choice for multi-generational groups or guests who value easy movement between decks.
Guest Accommodation
Valhalla’s accommodation spans 5 cabins for up to 10 guests: a master suite, two VIP cabins and two twin cabins. A walk-in dressing area adjoins the master suite, leading through to a separate bathroom with individual his and hers sections.
With a crew of 9 aboard, service levels on Valhalla are high relative to her guest count, and the cabin mix suits both couples and families looking to split between VIP doubles and twins.
Onboard Amenities
Valhalla’s amenities favor comfort and ease of movement over overt spectacle. A deck jacuzzi on the sundeck gives guests a place to relax with a view, and an onboard elevator connects decks for guests who prefer not to use the stairs.
Wi-Fi connectivity keeps guests in touch with shore when needed, and full air conditioning throughout keeps the interior comfortable regardless of the Bahamas or Caribbean heat.

Performance & Range
Valhalla’s semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure are driven by twin MTU diesels. At a 14-knot cruise, her 56,775-litre fuel capacity translates to roughly 4,000 nautical miles of range, enough for an extended Bahamas-to-Caribbean itinerary without a refueling stop along the way.
Published maximum-speed figures for Valhalla vary between sources (some cite 18 knots, others 22 knots); BYC has flagged this discrepancy rather than publishing an unverified figure as fact.
Toys & Water Equipment
Valhalla carries a well-rounded water toy inventory for a yacht of her size, including:
- Boston Whaler Outrage 420 tender
- Sea-Doo jet skis
- Seabobs
- e-foils
- Inflatable waterslide
- Wakeboard and water skis
- Towable tube
- Snorkeling equipment
The jet skis and e-foils in particular give active guests plenty to do between stops, while the waterslide and towable tube suit families traveling with children.
Valhalla Charter Locations
Valhalla is based in Fort Lauderdale and charters primarily in the Bahamas, with trips also running more broadly across the Caribbean. Her range suits itineraries that combine the Exumas and Nassau with wider Caribbean island-hopping.
