About Tersane 8

Built in 2012 by Ramos Yachts, Tersane 8 is a 44m gulet and the largest vessel in the Tersane series. With capacity for up to 32 guests across 14 cabins, she’s built for a scale of group charter that few other gulets in the Turkish market can match.

A flybridge dining table sits above a wide main deck, giving large groups multiple places to spread out through the day rather than clustering around a single table. The owning family has run the yacht personally since launch, a continuity that specialist operators who’ve worked with them for years point to as part of what makes the onboard experience consistent trip to trip.

Her size and guest capacity make her a genuine option for multi-family reunions or large celebration charters along Turkey’s gulet cruising grounds, a market segment where most vessels top out well under half her capacity.

Guest Accommodation

Tersane 8 sleeps up to 32 guests across 14 cabins: 6 double cabins, 4 triple cabins, and 4 twin cabins. A crew of 10 runs the yacht and manages the scale of hospitality a group this size requires.

That cabin count is unusually high for the charter-gulet segment, and it’s the main reason groups choose her over a more typical 8 to 18 guest gulet: everyone travels together on one boat rather than splitting across two or three smaller vessels.

Onboard Amenities

Wi-Fi is available in Turkish waters, and full air conditioning runs throughout the cabins and common areas. An ice maker, coffee machine, and wine cooler are built into the main-deck bar, and board games are kept on hand for evenings at anchor.

Cruising Performance

Twin Daewoo engines, rated at around 720hp each, give Tersane 8 a cruising speed of roughly 9 to 10 knots. Five 33kVA generators keep her substantial onboard systems running at anchor, a reflection of the scale needed to support 32 guests at once.

She’s based out of Fethiye, putting her within reach of the wider Göcek, Marmaris, and Bodrum cruising grounds that make up the core of Turkey’s gulet charter market.

Water toys include paddleboards, a ringo, water skis, a wakeboard, two canoes, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment, plus two Joker-brand service boats for tenders and transfers.
